Young people today have an overwhelming number of influences which confront them, and these influences can pull them of the track of success.  Many pre-teens, teens and young adults do not grasp and understand the destructive potential of these challenges and some of the choices they make.  Adults often view young people as inept, defiant, oppositional, rebellious, lacking in ability, immature, irresponsible, unwilling to “grow up” or not ready for “the real world”.  Regardless of the “rap” on today’s young people – Joe recognizes the unlimited potential which lives inside of all of us!  Joe teaches young people to find their voice, define their own ideas of success, and embrace these challenges as growth opportunities which will allow them to mature, evolve and reach positive goals. He awakens in young people their innate ability to embrace their power, and create their own success.

All-Star School Performance

For many students, the line between academic success and academic struggle is paper thin.  This highly focused school performance program offers students a proven structure and fresh strategies which will allow them to achieve academic success within one (1) semester.

Drugs & Alcohol:  The “Cat’s Out of the Bag”

For a family, when IT “comes to light” that their son or daughter has been experimenting and using drugs and/or alcohol, the “playing field” changes forever.  This highly structured program will address the activity of drug & alcohol use, it offers a focused plan to support efforts towards non-use and will support the family in its efforts to rebuild trust.

Growing Friendships:  A Social Skills Program

During the pre-teen and teen years, having friendships and being part of one’s “peer community” becomes a strong desire in each young person.  Navigating the world of friendships can be a “difficult process”, but it does not have to be.  Social skills are learnable skills and growing positive friendships is achievable by all.

Think & Grow _________________:  Success Begins With You!

You have the power to THINK, to CHOOSE and to CREATE your own SUCCESS.  This program focuses on Personal Development and The Laws of Success.  There are particular structures and strategies which when understood and lived, almost guarantees one’s life will move toward success, achievement and prosperity.  Specifically, teaching how to ignite one’s imagination, how to harness and focus one’s thinking, and how to leverage the power of “choice” and take action to overcome challenges, and seize the abundant opportunities for growth. 

Ready for Graduation & The Real World (seniors only)

When a senior walks thru their school doors on the “first day” of their senior year, the notion that high school is coming to an end hits them “smack on the head”.  The next 18 months of their life is in a “state of transition” as they determine what they are “going to do with the rest of their life”.  This program focuses on making sure the senior graduates and has developed a plan for the next phase of their life.
